Recommended reading on communicating science from a global perspective
A new book by Toss Gascoigne, Bernard Schiele, Joan Leach, Michelle Riedlinger, Bruce V. Lewenstein, Luisa Massarani and Peter Broks explores modern science communication “as a field of study, a body of practice and a profession” in 39 countries across the world.
The book maps “investment around the globe in science centres, university courses and research, publications and conferences as well as tells the national stories of science communication.
